Phew!

Kid's parties are intense! So the photographing went well, but man those little ones can run around! Have actually never photographed kids before, except for my goddaughter but she can't walk yet so that's a bit easier! It was tricky to catch a good photo of course but fun at the same time, since you can get more 'real' shots than when adults pose. Here are my two favourite shots from the ballpit... so sweet!

Photography Job Today!

I'm gonna be the photographer at a children's birthday party today, exciting! Have never done it before, hopefully the pictures will come out alright, looking forward though!

I Want to Travel

I've spent three days collecting images and film clips from New York, Moscow, London and Hong Kong. It has made me really want to go travelling. Well, I'm alredy in London of course I want to go to the other cities. Especially New York looks amazing... Lucky I am actually going on a trip soon(ish), I'm going to Barcelona with James and my parents, wihoo it's gonna be so much fun! I have never been there, does anyone have some good tips on things to see or do?

New Workplace

This week I started working at Silent Studios, a design company in East London that does animation, sound design and graphic design. Am really excited to work with them for a month. They work a lot with fashion brands, this film is called "25 dresses" I think it's really cool!

Kräftskiva

Kräftskiva means 'crafish party' which is a tradition in Sweden and something my friend Tove organizes every year. This year was great fun because she invited all of our old school friends. It was so nice to see them again, some I hadn't seen for about 5 years or more!

I had been asked to make a dessert so I tried something that I wanted to do for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday. I made a stencil that looked like a crayfish to decorate the cake.
It came out like this. It was a layered sponge with chocolate mousse, meringue and Nutella/banana. For the decoration I used cocoa powder.

Tove and Sofia

The view from the house, so nice.
Johannes was there...
as well as his brother Andreas.
We played a game with five competitions, we were in two teams who went up against each other.
One was the water-game...
another was the one where you have to hammer down a nail as quickly as possible.
There was also one where you compete in boot-throwing, in which me and Tommy rocked!
Andreas and Lars.

The sweet girls Sofia and Sandra.
Then it was time to eat the crayfish!
They were sooo good!
We also had really good pies that some of the guys brought.
And the dessert was a success!

More From Sweden...

I'm back in London again, my week in Sweden just flew past! Here are some photos from last Thursday when I went over to Sofia's for a cozy dinner.
She had made scrummy tacos.
Pretty lady!
I got some birthday presents, for example a really nice necklace from 'Snö of Sweden'
I've never tried banana in my tacos before, it was actually delicious!

We had a lovely evening.
Lioness!

I Have the Best Breakfast...

when I'm back home. 'Fil' (it's kind of like youghurt but not really) with crunchy apple/cinnamon cereal, home-baked bread (made by my dad), tea and juice. Alright the tea and juice you can find everywhere but I really miss nice brown bread and fil when I'm in London.

In Sweden...

I'm at my parents' house in Sweden! It's always so nice and relaxing to be here.
Today I had my hair cut, not a huge change but quite nice! The hairdresser was a bit odd though, first she had a go at me for having dry hair and damaged ends (isn't that her job to sort that out?) and then afterwards she sang her own praises so much it was almost awkward. She said that I should be sooo happy because the fringe looked absolutely faaabulous and the lenght was great, and she even made it sound like she was to thank for the highlights when I didn't even have any done today. Oh well, I had a nice day. Looking forward to a cosy dinner with Sofia tomorrow!

I got this charm bracelet for my birthday, always wanted one!

For dinner my mom made this crispy japanese salad with wasabi-mayo dressing. With it we had chicken, yum!

My new haircut.
